Amazability, Inc. makes available the Adept1 and other third party copyrighted software for you to download. Such software is the property of Amazability, Inc. and third party providers. You may not download the software unless you agree to the terms and conditions of the Amazability, Inc. Software License Agreement and that of any third party provider. In order to download the software, you must read the Amazability, Inc. Software License Agreement and indicate your acceptance of its terms on the download page. In particular, you must agree to the Adept1 Limited Warranty Terms as well as other terms and provisions governing the use of third party software incorporated as part of the Adept1.
